The Princess of Wales has mastered one clever trick to avoid answering personal questions during her engagements, it has been claimed. Princess Kate is one the most popular members of the Royal Family, and following her health battle last year, she is now easing herself back into public life, with fans expecting to see her slowly carry out more engagements in the future, after announcing she is now in remission of cancer.

But it looks like during her appearances, the future Queen has found a smart way to set boundaries when it comes to people asking her personal questions, according to a Hollywood actor. Oscar-winning actor Rami Malek spoke about first meeting Prince William's wife at the BAFTAs in 2019. Speaking on on the American talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, the actor said that Kate has to be "so careful" when she speaks in public and he also revealed that he had offered his babysitting services to the royal couple.

Malek explained that at the time of his chat with the Princess of Wales, Kate only recently had welcomed Prince Louis.

He said: "They work so hard to get to know everybody.

"Who’s done whatever film they’ve done, their past films and you can see they’ve done their homework.

"I just looked at Princess Kate at one point, and I said, ‘This must be exhausting.’ And she said, ‘Why?’

"I said, ‘You just had a baby, right? I think she was taken aback."

The princess quickly deflected the question and asked him "How are you doing?" to which he replied: "No, how are you?" And in the most regal, elegant way, she gave me a look," Malek said, miming the Kate's look.

"But you can tell. Imagine, you’re dressed to the nines, have to talk to all these actors..."

The star went on to reveal that he offered his babysitting services to the royal couple.

He said: "The funniest thing about that is, I said, ‘You know, if you ever need time off, I’m backup for you.’

"She’s like, ‘What do you mean?’ I said, ‘You guys go out, have a good time.’"
